The seafront land in Didim has been privatized, here is the sale price

A total of 14,600 square meters of seafront land located on parcels 24-25 of island 373 in the Altınkum Neighborhood of Didim district of Aydın was privatized.

According to an announcement published in the Official Gazette , the land was sold to Maren Maral Electricity Production Industry and Trade Inc. , which submitted the highest bid of 830 million lira . If the company refuses to sign the contract or fails to fulfill its obligations, the land will be recorded as revenue ( tax revenue) for the Administration.
