Gironde: the Fort Décibel techno festival brought together 10,000 people in Fort Médoc
"We're very pleased with the outcome," says Élise Bellot, communications manager for Millésime Festival, which is co-organizing the event. Fort Décibel is supported by two existing festivals: Millésime Festival , now located in La Réole, and Son Libre, a festival usually held in the Gard region but which was unable to hold its 2025 edition due to a lack of venue space.

"For the Millésime Festival, it was a return to historic lands," emphasizes Élise Bellot. "Since the festival had already organized editions in Fort-Médoc between 2003 and 2005. Festival-goers really appreciated the venue, with scenography and lighting effects that blended with the heritage."
