What Is Stellar Lounge on Finncanopus Like?

Stellar Lounge on Finnlines’ Finncanopus, located at the bow of the top deck, offers a calm and stylish space with panoramic views of the archipelago. The lounge features comfortable seating, a self-service bar, and a selection of snacks and drinks. Business travellers can reserve meeting rooms with modern presentation and video conferencing equipment, while all guests benefit from faster Wi-Fi and secure luggage lockers. Finnsirius, Finncanopus’ sister ship, has a similar lounge with the same amenities.

During midsummer 2025, we had the opportunity to experience the Stellar Lounge firsthand. In this article, we share our review of the lounge, detailing its services and our personal experiences. Towards the end of the article, we compare it with an airport lounge and provide our rating.

We had booked lounge access along with our cruise ticket because it was affordable. At check-in, we received access cards for the lounge. Since our cruise was a round trip, we only booked lounge access for the return journey, which took place during the daytime.

Finding the lounge was easy. It is located at the bow of the ship on deck 12. It was simpler to first walk to the bow and then take the lift up to deck 12, as it isn’t possible to walk the full length of the ship on a single deck. Since Finncanopus is a relatively small cruise ship, getting to the lounge was quick and easy.

At the entrance, there were self-service gates. With our tickets, we could enter and exit the lounge as many times as we wanted during the trip to Naantali.
