Kayak Plans to Launch Natural Language Search in Two Weeks, CEO Says

Kayak plans to launch an AI-powered natural language search tool within two weeks, a move CEO Steve Hafner said could reshape how travelers plan and book trips.
The new tool will let users type requests in everyday conversational language.
“You’re going to see natural language processing, a free-form search box in the next two weeks. We’ll be the first travel site to do that at scale,” Hafner said on Wednesday at the Skift Global Forum in New York.
