Basic Business? Delta to Consider Creating Different Tiers of Premium

Taking a page from the economy-class playbook, Delta executives are testing the idea of segmenting its business cabins – another sign of the shift in focus to premium travelers.

Delta Air Lines said it is in the process of testing how to segment its premium cabin, which would effectively create different tiers of business class for customers.
