American Airlines Rolls Out $350 Credit Card to Target Business and Leisure Travelers

American Airlines announced Sunday that it is launching a new mid-tier credit card that includes a slate of premium benefits.
The card, called the Citi/AAdvantage Globe Mastercard, has an annual fee of $350, and will give customers lounge benefits, preferred boarding, a free checked bag, and up to $120 in credit for a Global Entry to TSAPrecheck application, among other perks.
Scott Long, American’s senior vice president of AAdvantage, told Skift that American wanted to fill the gap between its low fee Platinum Select card, which costs $99 a year, and its top-tier Executive Platinum card, which costs $595.
