The official trailer for SkyShowtime's latest production, the series "Langer", has hit the web. The thriller about the demonic serial killer, known from the pages of Remigiusz Mróz's novels, Piotr Langer, will debut on May 22. That's when the first two episodes of the series will be released.
The series' protagonist is Piotr Langer, played by Jakub Gierszał . Langer could previously be seen in several seasons of "Chyłka" . He is a young and enterprising businessman who inherited a financial holding after his father died tragically.
In his free time, Piotr devotes himself to his long-standing passion - he is an elusive serial killer, who has been unsuccessfully pursued by prosecutors for years. One day, a stunning woman appears in his life - Nina . She gets involved in a dangerous game and a relationship with Langer, which does not make it easier for her to find evidence that he is a serial killer.
Julia Pietrucha plays Nina. Piotr Adamczyk plays prosecutor Olgierd "Paderborn" Paderewski. Magdalena Boczarska plays prosecutor Karolina "Siarka" Siarkowska. The other roles are played by Kamil Nożyński, Mila Jankowska, Karol Pocheć, Piotr Rogucki and Mateusz Kościukiewicz.
When is the premiere of "Langer"?The series was directed by Łukasz Palkowski ("Bogowie", "Najlepszy", "Chyłka"). "Langer" consists of six episodes. The first two episodes will debut on May 22. The next ones will be added to the SkyShowtime service every week.
