Melbourne, Australia, came in second among tourists born after 1995.

"Nearly four in five young Melbourne residents described their city as diverse and inclusive, and an impressive 96 percent praised its cultural offerings," we read. Melbourne is home to the "coolest street in the world" – High Street topped last year's Time Out rankings. Hollywood Road in Hong Kong and East Eleventh in Austin also shared the virtual podium.
