The Imserso (Spanish Social Security Institute) confirms the Andalusian hotels that will be open to visitors in 2026.

The Imserso (Spanish Social Security Institute) has confirmed the sales calendar for its travel program for the 2025-2026 season . Sales will begin on October 6 and 8, depending on the beneficiary's autonomous community of residence. This marks the start of an initiative through which, each year, thousands of pensioners enjoy discounted vacations to various destinations across Spain.

Imserso travel modalities 2025-2026
  • Peninsular Coastal Area: 18-day stays in Catalonia, Andalusia, the Region of Murcia, and the Valencian Community.

  • Insular Coastal Zone: 10- and 8-day stays in the Canary and Balearic Islands.

  • Short Break Tourism: 4, 5, and 6-day stays and different types of trips, such as 'Cultural Tours', 'Nature Tourism', 'Provincial Capitals', and 'Cities of Ceuta and Melilla'.

With a total of 879,213 places available , beneficiaries will have access to multiple transportation and accommodation options tailored to their preferences. To formalize their travel reservations, it is essential to have the accreditation that Imserso sends in advance to users registered for the program.

Hotels in Andalusia included in the Imserso travel program for 2026

As part of the new Imserso season, Andalusia is once again one of the program's star destinations . Beneficiaries can choose between stays in various locations along the Andalusian coast, including coastal municipalities in Almería, Málaga, Cádiz, and Huelva. Furthermore, the "Getaway Tourism" option extends to all eight provinces of the autonomous community, offering cultural and nature-related activities in the capital cities.

  • Short Break Tourism-Cultural Tours: Aguadulce, in Almería; Albolote and Granada City, in Granada; La Iruela, Villanueva del Arzobispo, and Jaén City, in Jaén; Palma del Río and Córdoba, in Córdoba; Mijas and Benalmádena, in Málaga; El Puerto de Santa María, Jerez de la Frontera, and Sanlúcar de Barrameda, in Cádiz; Guillena and Sanlúcar la Mayor, in Seville; and Islantilla, in Huelva.

  • Short Break Tourism-Nature Tourism: Aguadulce, in Almería; Albolote and Granada City, in Granada; La Iruela and Jaén City; Mijas and Benalmádena, in Málaga; El Puerto de Santa María, Jerez de la Frontera, and Sanlúcar de Barrameda, in Cádiz; Sanlúcar La Mayor, in Seville; and Islantilla, in Huelva.

  • Short Break Tourism - Provincial Capitals: all Andalusian provincial capitals, except Cádiz.

The hotels selected to host Imserso trip participants will be 3- and 4-star hotels located in the previously specified destinations.
