A Spanish tourist destination voted the place in Europe where Britons are least welcome

Spain is a favorite for British tourists, and many Europeans. Our abundant beaches, high temperatures, low prices, and proximity are almost unbeatable.

But recently, due to problems such as job insecurity in the tourism sector, inflation, and a lack of housing, the perception of tourists has worsened.

The London newspaper The Telegraph has published a report listing the most hostile European tourist destinations for British tourists, and the top spot is occupied by a Spanish destination.

This is Mallorca , which he gives an 8 out of 10, due to the constant anti-tourism protests. Although it's an island traditionally associated with German tourism, British tourists concentrate in areas like Magaluf.

Another major Spanish city, Barcelona, receives a score of 7 out of 10. Protests against overcrowding in the city are also frequent, although tourism is more international.

Amsterdam receives the same rating. The Dutch capital is a popular destination for British bachelor parties, attracted by its coffee shops , and a strong anti-tourist sentiment is beginning to develop.

Venice and Split, Croatia, each score 6/10. The Italian city has been home to a strong anti-tourism movement for years, while the Croatian city is already becoming one of the Mediterranean's trendiest destinations.
