While rural villages can often pose travel challenges, this isn't an issue for Plaxtol residents. They're only a 10-15 minute drive from the A21, providing easy access to the motorway network via the M25 and M26.
The homes in Plaxtol are rather swanky too, with the average house price hovering just under £720k.
Over the past year, most of the properties sold were terraced houses, fetching an average price of £436,250.
Detached properties commanded an average price of £1,278,955, while semi-detached homes went for around £538,333, according to Rightmove data.
