Tourism zoned land for sale in Izmir for 640 million liras

The 7,960 square meter land owned by the Izmir Metropolitan Municipality was put out to tender to be sold by closed bidding.

A reserve price of 640 million 51 thousand liras and a provisional guarantee amount of 19 million 201 thousand liras were determined for the Tourism + Trade + Culture area zoned land located in the 7868 island 3 parcel in Umurbey Neighborhood of Konak district.

The tender for the land will be held on Thursday, June 12, 2025 at 12:00 in the presence of the commission in the Council Meeting Hall, Room No. 2184 in the Hall-2 building at the address of Izmir Metropolitan Municipality, Mimar Sinan Neighborhood, Kültürpark, Basmane-Konak/Izmir.
