Horrific accident in Elazığ: 2 people lost their lives in a car that overturned in a roadside ditch
The accident occurred near Kulundere on the Elazığ - Bingöl highway. According to reports, the car with license plate 23 AFR 271, driven by S.Ç., overturned in a ditch after the driver lost control. The car was completely destroyed in the accident, and two people, including a child, died at the scene, while three others were seriously injured. Upon receiving the report, paramedics, gendarmerie, and firefighters were dispatched to the scene. The injured were extricated from the vehicle by firefighters and taken to Karakoçan State Hospital by ambulance for treatment. The deceased were taken to the morgue of Fırat University Hospital for autopsies after an examination.
Gendarmerie teams launched an investigation into the accident.
