A paradise on the Polish seaside, without the windbreaks. The beach is so charming, it's hard not to admire it.

August arrived in a flash, surprising us with positive, sunny weather. Many people had been waiting for it and are now using their vacation time to travel. It's finally possible to fully relax by the Polish seaside, but it also has its drawbacks. Popular resorts are swarming with beach umbrellas and crowds. You can avoid them in places like Lubiatów.

Lubiatowo is perfect for summer

Have you heard of a uniquely unspoiled beach and seaside village that has yet to be overrun by large groups of tourists? I'm talking about Lubiatów. It's located in the Pomeranian Voivodeship, in the Choczewo commune, near Kopalino . Recently, Lubiatów became famous primarily due to a unique discovery. It involved the remains of the foundations of a former summer house , dating back to ancient times. A storm exposed them, and tourists were delighted with the sight.

This hasn't made the village overcrowded, however. You can still count on peace and quiet. You can relax in traditional holiday cottages, as well as at campsites and caravanning areas. You won't find large hotels with discos or other loud and expensive attractions. It's intimate and unspoiled.

Beautiful wild beach

Lubiatowo is known primarily for its long, unspoiled beach. This is especially appreciated by those who don't like windbreaks and prefer to camp as far away from them as possible. This village offers just that. Here, you can read a book and meditate.

In Lubiatów, besides the beach, it's worth visiting the Szklana Huta nature trail, a destination for those who enjoy active recreation and hiking. There are 12 educational boards there. You can easily reach the trail via the blue cycling trail. Also nearby are the Słowiński National Park and the Lubiatowska Dune, located halfway between Białogóra and Lubiatów. Here, you can admire panoramic views, stroll through fragrant pine forests, and explore the Bezimienna River's floodplains. A little further on, you'll also find Lake Żarnowieckie and the Stilo Lighthouse.
